1. Acceptance of Terms

www.kittens4homes.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Kittens4Homes LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Kittens4Homes LLC welcomes you to its online service (the “Service”). By accessing or using this Site or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”), whether or not you are a registered customer.

The Company may update these TOS at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at

When using the Service, you are also subject to any additional posted policies, guidelines, or rules, which are incorporated herein by reference. Except as expressly stated, there are no third-party beneficiaries to these TOS.

2. Veterinary Care Disclaimer

Emergency veterinary hospitals can be extremely costly. Buyers are strongly encouraged to schedule appointments with a regular licensed veterinarian in advance. Kittens4Homes LLC will provide all health information known at the time of sale. Based on experience, we do not recommend corporate emergency clinics such as Banfield, VCA, or similar revenue-driven veterinary hospitals.

3. Genetic & Hereditary Health Guarantee

If a kitten passes away within 12 months of the purchase date due to a proven hereditary or congenital defect, Kittens4Homes LLC will offer a replacement kitten upon receipt of a complete necropsy report from a licensed pathologist, submitted within 30 days of the necropsy.

Guarantee breakdown:

  • First 6 months: 100% store credit of the full kitten purchase price
  • Second 6 months: 50% store credit of the base kitten price

Replacement color, pattern, or gender is not guaranteed. No cash refunds will be issued.

4. Additional Conditions – Cardiac Health

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a common feline heart condition that may have genetic predispositions. Kittens4Homes LLC does not guarantee against HCM for the following breeds:

Maine Coon, Persian, Exotic, Scottish Fold/Straight, British Shorthair.

5. Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS.
Kittens are sold “as is.” The buyer acknowledges the kitten is healthy at the time of sale to the best of the seller’s and veterinarian’s knowledge and agrees to provide a safe, suitable home.

6. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. Users between 13–17 years old may only use the Service with parental consent and supervision. Children 13 or younger may not use this Site.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Kittens4Homes LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kittens4Homes LLC shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including veterinary bills, medical costs, loss of pet, emotional distress, or financial losses. Liability shall not exceed $100 USD under any circumstances.

10. Veterinary Information Disclaimer

All veterinary-related information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary advice. Buyers must consult a licensed veterinarian.

BUYER’S DUTIES & OBLIGATIONS

(Sections 1–12 remain unchanged in substance, with Kittens4Homes LLC replacing all prior seller references.)

Key points include:

  • Mandatory vet visit within 72 business hours
  • Buyer assumes all veterinary and medical costs
  • Failure to comply voids health guarantees
  • No breeding without breeding rights
  • Declawing rear nails voids contract
  • Proper lifelong care is required

SHIPPING DUTIES & OBLIGATIONS

  • Shipping occurs 3–10 days after purchase
  • Delivery via third parties (airlines, drivers, brokers)
  • Delays are not refundable
  • Boarding after 7 days: $15/day
  • Non-cooperation may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit

CANCELLATION BY BUYER

Deposits of $300 / $400 / $500 are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If paid in full, cancellation results in a refund minus the applicable deposit.

FIP HEALTH GUARANTEE (90 DAYS)

Kittens4Homes LLC offers a 90-day limited FIP guarantee, requiring confirmation by high-accuracy diagnostic methods (PCR, IHC, histopathology). Compensation includes either:

  • a replacement kitten of equal value, or
  • a refund of the kitten’s purchase price only

Veterinary costs and shipping are not covered.

RETURNS & REHOMING

No refunds for dissatisfaction, allergies, behavior, or lifestyle changes.
If rehoming is necessary, the kitten must be returned to Kittens4Homes LLC—never surrendered to a shelter.
